IS Learning Journey to SWAMI Home

On Tuesday, 15 July 2014, 22 of our Primary 3, 4 and 5 international students (IS) visited the SWAMI Home for the elderly. This visit aimed to inculate a sense of empathy in the IS and provide an opportunity for them to interact with local elderly as the grandparents of many of them are based in their respective home countries. It was also a chance for them to give back to their community. Accompanied by Mdm Lyanna Ng and Miss Darleana Daut, the IS sang songs of the four main languages to the various groups of elderly in the Home before presenting little tokens to them.
