MOE FAS Scheme for 2025
MINISTRY OF EDUCATION FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SCHEME FOR 2025
The MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) is open for application.
Eligibility Criteria
A Singaporean student is eligible for the MOE FAS if he/she meets the following criteria:
a) Gross Household Income (GHI) – $3000 or below per month or
b) Per Capita Income (PCI) - $750 or below per month; and
c) must attend school regularly.
You may make use of the online calculator on the MOE website (https://www.moe.gov.sg/financial-matters/financial-assistance) to check your eligibility.
Application Procedure
You may submit the application through one of the following methods by 15 October 2024:
a) Apply using the e-FAS form available on Parents Gateway (under Services tab–Financial Assistance) or using the 2025 e-FAS internet link https://go.gov.sg/moe-efas
b) Complete and submit the attached hardcopy application form together with the supporting documents listed in Annex I, clause 15 on page 6 & 7 of the form to the school General Office.
Please upload the relevant supporting documents as prompted by the system.
Please note that application via hardcopy form is required for families with:
a) other dependents (Great grandparents, Aunties/Uncles, Cousins and others)
b) more than 6 children in Govt/Govt-Aided School
c) more than 5 unmarried children not in Govt/Govt-Aided School
d) more than 3 grandparents in the household
ComCare Recipients
Students with ComCare assistance from the Ministry of Social and Family Development do not need to submit the application form if their ComCare assistance ends in the last quarter of 2024 or later as they will be auto-granted MOE FAS for 2025.
We will inform you of the outcome of your application by early December 2024 if the duly completed application form and supporting documents are submitted by the deadline. Delays will be expected if the application form and/or documents submitted are incomplete.
