International Dance 2nd runner up for Danceworks

On the 29
th of July 2017, 8 of our International Dancers participated in the annual DanceWorks! 2017 competition.

DanceWorks! is an anti-drug dance competition organised by the National Council against Drug Abuse (NCADA) and the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB), in collaboration with Singapore Polytechnic.

Our dancers managed to clear the audition round and go on to the finals. They competed with 10 other primary schools and emerged as the 2nd runner-up.

After the performance, our Team Leader, Nur Ellysha Binte Abdullah, spoke about their dance. She said, “Challenges will always be there. However, we need not be afraid to overcome it. Our family, friends and love ones will always be there to lend a helping hand and support us along the way.

We would like to congratulate our dancers and affirm them for their hard work and dedication that they have put in throughout the preparation process. We would also like to thank the parents for their continuous support and being there with the children during the competition.

Thank you and well done dancers!
